Dear Sara, You are correct, we do not honor the Groupon promotions. We are currently following up with Groupon because that promotion was set to expire at the end summer of last year. What you failed to mention in this review is that we offered to clean your gutters for an amount less than the Groupon coupon. Because we offer such great rates for our gutter cleaning services we are very busy and it does take time to get the job scheduled. Sometimes we find clients that are just not a right fit for our company and this one of those situations.
Staff was a bit unexperienced and not overly service minded. Close to airport, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight stay to/from the airport. Pity we were too tired to enjoy the micro brewery & restaurant, but both looked good.

Breakfast was over crowded and they struggled to fill up the empty dishes. The ventilation in the room did not work and when you opened the door to the bathroom you could not open the door to the room. Wonder if this is approved by the authorities?!

Moreover this hotel brew the beer by itself. It is a pity that i have no time to test the beer yet. But when i come back next time, i will try at the bar for sure. Although I liked the rooms, I wouldn't choose to stay here again since it is too far from the airport with not enough shuttles to make exploring the area convenient. If you have a car, it is a great place though. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

Stayed there two nights before having to fly out because I wanted to return the rental car and just use the train from the airport. Unfortunately the hotel wasn't even close to the airport and although there is a shuttle, it only runs once an hour - and less on weekends.

The room was brand new and nicely decorated. We paid a premium price since a big fair was going on in the city. They did not clean my room but compensated with deducting one breakfast.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. The restaurant/brewery was fantastic - good wine, good beer, good ambience and good food. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. This hotel and its room is great, service of staff are very attentive. I am very happy that every time, if anyone flying to Frankfurt, I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay.
